Terms of Service
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Capital Vault Dance. By accessing our site, booking or attending sessions, you agree to these conditions.
1. Eligibility and Enrolment
You must be 16+ to enrol independently. Participants under 16 require a parent/guardian enrolment and presence at check‑in on first visit.
- Accurate personal information must be provided during enrolment.
- Medical conditions relevant to physical activity must be disclosed prior to attendance.
- We may refuse or cancel enrolment where safety or conduct is at risk.
2. Bookings and Payments
Prices are displayed at checkout inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards and other options as presented at checkout.
- Multi‑class passes are non‑transferable and linked to a single participant account.
- Late payments or chargebacks may lead to suspension until resolved.
3. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling
We aim to be fair and flexible, while maintaining class viability and instructor availability.
- You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start time for a full credit to your account.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation and is not refundable.
- If we cancel a class, you will receive either a full refund or a class credit at your choice.
- Long‑term passes can be paused once per term for up to 14 days with written notice.
4. Conduct and Acceptable Use
We foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour or damage to facilities is prohibited.
- Follow instructor guidance and venue rules at all times.
- No recording of classes without express permission from the instructor and all participants visible.
- Keep belongings secure; unattended items are at your own risk.
5. Health and Safety
You are responsible for assessing your own capability and consulting a medical professional where necessary. Warm‑up and cool‑down are mandatory parts of a safe session.
- Inform the instructor of any injury before class starts.
- Appropriate footwear and clothing are required.
- We may modify or restrict participation when safety requires.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Privacy and Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR principles. Functional cookies may be required for secure sign‑in and session management. Analytics cookies are optional and subject to your consent. You can manage preferences below.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new effective date.
